U.S. SHIPPING

AndVinyl offers free shipping on orders over $100 via USPS media mail for all music and movie formats (CD, LP, 7", 12", 78, DVD, Blu-Ray, Cassette) to U.S. addresses only.

Posters, books, magazines, T-shirts, merch, accessories, and store phone-order purchases are not included in the free shipping promotion and are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

An email with tracking information will be sent when your order is ready to ship.

We do not provide a refund or replacement for items that have been scanned as delivered by USPS. If your package tracks as delivered, but you have not received it, please inquire with your mail carrier or at your local post office branch.

Estimated delivery time for USPS Media Mail is 3-14 businesses days to US addresses. Estimated delivery time for USPS First Class mail is 3-7 business days to US addresses.

Expedited delivery via USPS Priority Mail is available for an additional fee at checkout. We do not offer overnight shipping at this time.

Shipments returned to us by USPS due to incorrect/unclaimed/undeliverable address information will be charged a $5.00 fee for re-shipment.

Some items are available for local pickup at our Clarksville, Tennessee store upon request – please inquire about specific items at somethingandvinyl@gmail.com before you place your order.

We're sorry, but we do not offer International shipping at this time. This includes shipping to Canada.

PAYMENT INFO

Payment is accepted with Visa, Master Card, Discover, and Paypal. All prices are in $USD. A 9.25% sales tax will apply to orders shipping to Tennessee customers, assessed on the total INCLUDING shipping & handling. As part of our credit card security efforts, Amoeba verifies complete credit card information for all orders before shipping. If billing and shipping addresses do not match we may request additional identification, or payment via wire transfer.

RETURNS

All sales are final. However, if an item is defective we will be happy to exchange the defective copy for a replacement of the same item within 30 days of purchase.
